We are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. Please keep in mind that we have a duty to make every effort, not to guarantee a specific result.<\/p><p>If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, please submit it in writing within a reasonable time after identifying the issue. Provide a complete and clear description of your complaint.<\/p><p>You will receive our response within 14 days of receiving your complaint.<\/p><p>You must allow us at least four weeks to resolve the complaint through mutual consultation. If no resolution is reached after this period, it becomes a dispute.<\/p><p>We are also affiliated with Stichting DOKh.
